Cashback & Customer Wallet Policy
The store may offer cashback promotions from time to time. The applicable cashback amount or percentage is the one displayed to the customer at the time of placing the order.
- Cashback will be credited to the customer's wallet only after the order has been successfully completed and fulfilled.
- If an order is canceled, refunded, or not completed before shipment, any associated cashback will be revoked and the customer will not be entitled to claim it.
- Cashback credited to the customer wallet is valid for 30 days from the date it is added. Any unused balance will automatically expire after the validity period without prior notice.
- Customers are not entitled to claim any expired cashback balance after its expiration date.
- Certain cashback promotions may require a minimum order value to qualify. Any applicable requirements will be displayed before checkout.
- The minimum cart value required to use cashback or customer wallet credit is 30 per order.
- Customer wallet credit may only be used within the store and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account or customer.
- The store reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or change cashback offers, eligibility requirements, validity periods, or redemption conditions at any time for marketing or operational purposes without prior notice.
By using cashback or customer wallet credit, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
